Our production facilities include 6 stitching departments, 4 cutting departments, 4 finishing departments, 4 packaging departments and 1 sample department.
Several dyeing finishing machines, Tubetex, Razing machine and soft set machines are used in the whole manufacturing process. We have a stitching production capacity of 30,000 dozen men’s garments per month and 15000 dozen children wear garments per month. Our company exports to the USA, Canada, Europe and the UK. Our product line comprises fleece mens hoodie, fleece mens zippers, crew neck articles and sweatshirts.
Pre-production consists of fabric and trim sourcing, fabric development, pattern making and sampling. After the designs have been finalized, we help source the fabric needed to bring them to life. Once the product is knit into the desired fashion, it undergoes stitching, cutting and dyeing. Finally, the end product is exported to our customers abroad to be sold in international consumer markets.
