Classic Garments (Dyeing Division) has one of the best talented and experienced dyeing teams along with ultra–modern dyeing machines which give us an edge over others. Our dyeing and finishing division comprises of latest and technologically advanced machines from Fongs and Son-tech, with 0.35 million Kg per month dyeing capacity and maximum type of dyes application under one roof. Our Dyeing machines are capable of dyeing at the lowest liquor ratio of 1:4 which means that currently, we generate the least possible quantity of effluent in knits dyeing.

Finishing

To meet the growing demand of industry we are continuously adding ultra-modern finishing machines in our plant which enable us to finish a variety of fabrics in the tubular machine. Currently, our finishing capacity is 0.30 million Kg per month.

We have Jumbo dryers / and a range of compaction machines. We do all kinds of performance finishes like Soil & Stain resistance, Repellence, Easy wear, Moisture management, UV protection, and Antimicrobial. These performances enhance the basic garment quality and make them more functional.

Dyeing & Finishing are important processes in the textile industry that involve adding color and texture to fabrics. At Classic Garments, we have state-of-the-art facilities and equipment for dyeing and finishing a wide range of fabrics, including natural & Synthetic fibers.

Dyeing Lab

Automation is the key to success in all the processes and the dyeing lab of CG (Dyeing Division) is equipped with a fully automatic Infrared machine starting from solution making to color dispensing till lab dyeing all machines are fully automated.

In addition, we have Data color Spectrophotometer 1000 which makes lab dipping & production more accurate.

CG (Dyeing Division) has a comprehensive dyeing machine package that provides a complete solution to today’s modern dye house with the latest technological advancements.
